Ready to throw in the towel on the Thanksgiving fuss and leave the cooking and prep work entirely to someone else? Going stag for the holidays but still want to gorge on turkey dinners? Well, you’re in luck. There are several metro Detroit restaurants where a reservation or a table can still be scooped up. Don’t lollygag too much longer. Pickins are slim and these spots won’t stick around for long. Here’s a guide to last-minute metro Detroit Turkey Day restaurant reservations.

The Whitney (4421 Woodward Ave.): Midtown eatery The Whitney still has one early slot available for its popular Thanksgiving dinner. The restaurant will be serving three prix fixe courses of Turkey Day classics or diners can order off the main courses menu. The cost is $39.95. Visit OpenTable.

Grindstone Smokehouse (1609 N Wayne Rd, Westland): Dine-in or carryout at Grindstone. The restaurant is offering individual smoked turkey dinners for $14.79 per adult and $11.99 for seniors and children. The meal includes garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans almondine, homemade cranberry sauce, and cornbread muffins. 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Call 734-722-5330.

Detroit Zen Center (3030 Casmere St., Hamtramck): Grab a vegan Thanksgiving Day brunch at Detroit Zen Center. The organic meal is $20 and features a buffet of shepherd’s pie, candied yams and green bean casserole, five-grain stuffing and mushroom vegan gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and more. 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Call 313-366-7738.

TAP (1777 3rd Ave.): This MGM Grand sports bar will be serving up all kinds of football coverage on its multitudes of flatscreens. Diners can catch a breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a lunch/dinner special from then on for $18 per head featuring turkey, cornbread stuffing, classic sides, and pumpkin cheesecake. No reservations required.

Palette Dining Studio (1777 3rd Ave.): Another MGM eatery, Palette will offer a Turkey Day buffet from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $32. Expect plenty of turkey with cranberry sauce, maple glazed ham, cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes, and more. No reservations required.

Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina (1777 3rd Ave.): Reserve a spot at the MGM Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina. The restaurant will be offering holiday specials. Call 313-465-1646 or visit the website.

Rugby Grill (100 Townsend Street, Birmingham): The Townsend Hotel’s flagship restaurant has a few slots left on November 24. The menu will feature four prix fixe courses for $82 plus tax and gratuity. Visit OpenTable.

River Crab (1337 River Road, St. Clair): The River Crab is offering a holiday buffet from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Expect dishes like turkey, roast beef, ham, parmesan tilapia, Cajun mac and cheese, rum sweet potatoes and more. The cost is $28 for adults and $17 for children 12 and under. Visit OpenTable.

Iridescence (2901 Grand River Ave.): MotorCity Casino restaurant Iridescence has reservations available for its four-course Thanksgiving dinner. Served from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. the cost is $65 per person. Visit OpenTable.

Lily’s Seafood (410 S Washington Ave., Royal Oak): Feast on a family-style dinner of deep fried turkey breast, honey cured ham, smoked salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce, and more at this Royal Oak restaurant.
