Dustin Walsh - New Jersey-based Oerlikon Metco (US) Inc. plans to invest $49.7 million to lease a new plant in Plymouth Township. The yet-to-be-built 70,000-square-foot plant, which will make alloy powders for 3-D printing and additive manufacturing, is expected to open next year. The project, which is expected to create 67 jobs, is supported by a $600,000 performance-based grant from the Michigan Strategic Fund.
